By results of consideration of the claim from EKSMO publishing house and the company "SBA-Production" the Moscow City Court made already the second decision on permanent blocking of a torrent tracker, writes "RIA". In the claim of publishing houses the torrent tracker is accused of distribution of pirated content and non-compliance with copyright.
"A solution of the judge of Moscow City Court it was decided to limit access to the Internet to the Rutracker.org resource on a permanent basis, and also to prohibit the defendant placement, distribution and use of a product of the above-stated intellectual property" — the press service reports. Claims for permanent blocking of a torrent tracker arrived on November 27.

The Internet resources blocked "forever" in Russia become more and more. In the list there is already pleer.com, flibusta.net, Rutracker, Lurkmore. Nevertheless, users, administrations of resources and lawyers do not give up. The other day the public organization "Roskomsvoboda" offered interesting idea — the appeal in vessels of the mechanism of "eternal blocking", writes the "Kommersant". Lawyers of the organization are going to take not only the Constitutional court of the Russian Federation, but also the European Court of Human Rights.
To ensure normal functioning of lawyers for the appeal in vessels of a locking gear of the websites, means are necessary. These funds are offered to be raised with crowd funding use. "Roskomsvoboda" already started in work the website ZaRunet.org where anyone can "take part in campaign for the appeal of "eternal blocking" of Internet resources in court and to fund raising for legal work on this direction".
This Friday the Swedish court passed a decision on the case of blocking of the Pirate Bay torrent tracker at the level of provider. Case was considered about a month, and now district court of Stockholm decided that the Swedish provider Bredbandsbolaget should not block The Pirate Bay. According to a judgment of Bredbandsbolaget cannot be responsible for actions of the subscribers violating the law on copyright.
At the same time, The Pirate Bay is blocked by many European Internet service providers. According to the anti-piracy organizations and record companies, work of this torrent tracker has to be prohibited also in Sweden. A joint claim was submitted by group of the organizations, including Universal Music, Sony Music, Warner Music, Nordisk Film and the Swedish Film Industry. The companies judicially tried to achieve from Bredbandsbolaget provider of blocking of a resource.

Business" reports that in Ukraine the project on protection of copyright on the Internet is initiated: the special service storing models of media works of authors and monitoring their lawful use will be for this purpose created. The new organization will carry the preliminary name of "national depositary of Internet content", and its emergence meanwhile is at an approval stage between different departments. Despite it, public service of intellectual property announces start of depositary already by the end of 2016.
On Geektimes news that Blizzard Entertainment filed a lawsuit against the developer of bots for World of Warcraft, Diablo, and Heroes of Storm was already published. At the same time the company for some reason has legal proceedings not with the Bossland company which sells bots, and with the individual, Nick Enrayt. Nick is better known the public as Apoc. The Bossland company at the same time claimed that Nick Enrayt has no relation to creation of bots, and her employee is not.
Everything appeared a little not so. In conversation with SEO Bossland Zvetan Lechev (Zwetan Letschew) journalists of the Torrentfreak edition found out that Apoc nevertheless worked at Bossland as the freelancer, creating bots for the games Blizzard. Nevertheless, all rights to this software belong to Bossland. Blizzard decided to file a lawsuit not against the company, and against her freelancer, and did not lose. Apoc after the claim of Blizzard went on world with the company, having agreed to transfer source codes of bots.

Creation of anycast addresses for access will not help to bypass blocking
The head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov told journalists a position of department concerning blocking of the bittorrent-website RuTracker.org in the territory of Russia. According to Zharov, blocking will lead to considerable falling of attendance, and creation of mirrors will not help a resource to recover access as they will be blocked too.

Today the Moscow City Court made a decision on lifelong blocking of the bittorrent-website RuTracker.org. The claim was sent to OOO "Publishing House "EKSMO" to Drimtorent corporation because of distributions of books of Guy Yuli Orlovsky, Vasily Golovachev, Alex Orlov, Alexey Kalugin and Darya Dontsova. The judgment means that in 30 days or after consideration of the complaint to a judgment there will be an execution. The website will get to black lists of Roskomnadzor, will be sent for unloading to providers of communication services and blocked forever on the territory of Russia. The website will never be excluded from this list even if all problemy pages and materials will be deleted.
