And again hello … In total with last New year and with other coming holidays! Time to pull out a muzzle from Russian salad at last to start parts of our cycle in which circuit engineering of power nodes will be described came.

My good mood
After the analysis of article devoted to a code under STM32 I understood — in vain spent time, level of readers and many commentators as I understood sufficient for independent writing of a code therefore I do not see sense in further analyses. All moments with a code will be limited to the description of algorithm and the detailed flowchart, everyone will be able to write an applet under the MK and though under an arduina. The truth you should not be upset that who wanted to repeat this device in original state — you can always receive a firmware in the form of .hex at me in a pm, and also order already stitched microcontroller at the price of cost of a stone and a postage. On it good news ended...

Now about this part — it will be devoted to the DC-DC transformer 310B-> 48B. That is we consider not all battery charger, namely the transformer. The rectifier and KKM will be separate part since functionally they at me are executed by the separate module on a separate payment.
Topology on which this transformer is constructed (or the power supply unit) — "the slanting bridge". Initially I wanted to leave option of the complete bridge without changes against pry. option, but rather large number of companions passed an opinion on complexity of the N-bridge, its high cost and low recurrence at such capacities. I thought and decided to apply my once favourite topology which appreciated its high recurrence. On topology of "the slanting bridge", by the way, many welding inverters with currents to 200-250A are constructed. Considering that at this stage on work I project an automatic welding semiautomatic device, in addition it is twice interesting to drive such solution.

This project appeared because of unwillingness to buy the part which was in the use about 30 (thirty) years for absolutely rather big sum of 3000 — 5000 rub. It is possible to tell that it will be first attempt at writing in circuit engineering and programming of microcontrollers. If it is interesting — continuation under a cat.

Preface


Every year on the street, in transitions, in shops appears increasing advertizing LED panels on which the text runs both up, and down, and to the left, and to the right, and any multi-colored pictures are output. All this by itself draws attention of passersby and me including. And often I reflected as it is made and whether it is possible to repeat something similar in house conditions. And just in this semester we planned a term paper on Circuit engineering, and one of the offered subjects there was "An electronic creeping line". I thought: "You never can tell? I will try".

RGB night lamp based on Arduino

Probably, everyone in the childhood had a dream (and not one). It is possible to try even to remember that feeling which overflows soul of the child at execution of his dream or that far familiar gloss in eyes … I in the childhood dreamed to have the night lamp.

Now I study on the 4th course BGUIR and when we were told that the academic year project on circuit engineering can be made not on paper, and on a piece of iron, dawned on me: the night lamp which was so wished in the childhood can be made most. And to make not just object which will light the room in a night-time, and the device what can be managed with ease under any mood. And why is also not present? I decided to add a feature to change colors by means of hands: the closer the hand is brought to a night lamp, the one of colors (RGB) burns more brightly. And also it would be desirable to manage a night lamp by means of a remote control panel.

Prolog


Opinions were different in an occasion of analysis of a code and its need in general. I tried to implement a method of "golden ratio" therefore in this article:
a) at the end of article the source code to experts will be attached further not to read
b) I will give algorithm of work and I will sort it
c) I will explain how to use SPL libraries
d) in volume of article I will tell how to use a certain periphery, I will show implementation of work with it in a code
e) separate point I will describe work with ILI9341 since the subject is quite chewed, I will just tell about the main thing — as is considered to implement initialization function (on the Internet saw only a code with the phrase: "there is a working initialization, copy and do not ponder that it") and to start it through hardware SPI.

You will not see too detailed analysis of a code here, everything will be moderately, otherwise I should write the book of pages so in 200-250. Therefore study datashita and other documentation (links will be) before starting writing of the program. Those who the first time will sit down at MK — be not afraid if there are questions I will prompt to you and I will help so you will master this code.

We do turning on of the PC on cotton in an evening

Preface


In the childhood, watching many American movies, was delighted with how actors turned off the light indoors "having clapped", there was always a wish the same piece at home. In recent years the PC became an integral part of my life: coming home and having undressed, first of all you go to include the "an iron horse" and to wait for him loading. Of course in recent years with the advent of SSD this waiting was minimized, but nevertheless together with approach to the computer nevertheless some time is wasted. And actually why in general to go to the room, to beat from a leg the button if it is possible to make any remote method of inclusion of "my charm".

Actually so over time two "dreams" also merged: to turn on the PC on cotton. At the moment I study at university and just time to do course on circuit engineering came, and the teacher declared that it is possible to make it in iron, but not on paper, what is in my opinion more interesting. Thus the chance "turned up to kill at once two hares" — to implement old idea and to hand over an academic year project. The initial idea was to make a certain device which can be placed on the body, to power it from the power supply unit, to connect via the relay to the button and on cotton to close a chain. As the result was decided to depart a little from this idea having expanded it a little: the system will consist of two blocks connected by means of Bluetooth now. One block will catch cotton and to send a special signal to the second block, the second block will accept this signal and to close the relay.

This history began with design of the portable device in which it was desirable to reduce consumption from the accumulator in the shutdown mode, but the mechanical switch was unacceptable owing to design features. Also it was undesirable to use the transistor as a key in view of considerable working currents of the device (more than 3A). Therefore the widespread decision on blocking of operation of the power sources (PS) which are a part of the device by means of signal management of permission of work was made. Nothing new and unusual, such schemes it is possible to find 12 on dozen in devices with self-contained supply, however absolutely unexpectedly there were certain complications which led to a number of instructive outputs.

The self-made computer from 1967

What computer you could make in 1967? If were a reader of the British Wireless World log, then could according to the instruction in numbers for August-December, 1967 assemble the machine Wireless World Computer. Will be necessary for production of the digital computer:

● 400 germanium transistors (type 2G371);
● 1800 carbon film resistors on 0,25 W;
● 66 silicon transistors;
● 450 silicon diodes (type 1S130);
● 325 poliesterovy condensers;
● 24 electrolytic capacitors;
● 24 switches;
● 66 neon bulbs on a panel (D795 Bulgin);
● 8 prototyping boards 0,15 of" Veroboard type of 17 in size" x 3¾";
● 1 Mullard OAZ211;
● 2 Mullard OC28 transistors;
● 2 Texas 1S410R, 1 1S410 diodes;
● 1 silicon rectifying diode.

According to the instruction of the log, a part will cost only 50 pounds (about $125 at the rate of 1967) or about $900 for present money, taking into account inflation. The computer is able to put, read, multiply and divide eight-bit numbers.
