Life in the Universe: from where it?

1 year, 5 months ago
In article the hypothesis of a life origin in the Universe is offered. The assumption that the logic of laws of a structure of the world exists out of the Universe, i.e. out of space and time is its cornerstone. The offered hypothesis is unprovable also, as well as the majority of cosmological theories, however it seem to me plausible.

The Universe is a result of a logical output from nothing

We got used that scientific theories are created by people. Justice of theories is confirmed by practice. The part of theories is wrong, the part has narrow range of applicability. However among them there are true theories which are never refuted, and are only specified over time. It is probably possible to carry to them laws of Newton, Euclidian geometry, the object-oriented approach in programming. True theories are created not by people. They are only opened by them. And there were they always, including to the Big Bang.

The main idea of article consists that true theories exist until their opening, exist irrespective of space and time, are identical in all Universes and at their absence. I will explain this assumption.

Mark Zuckerberg: for the house I will create AI like Jarvis from "Iron Man"

1 year, 5 months ago

You remember the movie "Iron Man"? Let's not sort the art value of similar pictures now, we will better remember, how comfortably to Tony Starck with Jarvis, the artificial intelligence helping "Iron Man" with everything — from preparation of coffee before implementation of thermonuclear reactions. It is only possible to dream of such assistant.

And it is possible and to try to make it. Now Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook is also engaged in it. The entrepreneur wrote about it on a social network, having told that AI will service all house, and also to help with work.

We underestimate possibilities of artificial intelligence

1 year, 5 months ago
Imagine such picture: thousands of scientists and engineers work well-coordinated, each of which on mental abilities considerably exceeds the most smart person. They in seconds exchange thoughts, are constantly improved, forget nothing, do not grow old and do not die.

It seems improbable, but force of similar group can exceed in hundreds of times the capacity of such companies as Google and Microsoft combined.

Copying of consciousness

1 year, 6 months ago
I want to think of such hypothetical opportunity near / far (to whom that is pleasant more) the future as loading of consciousness.

I read a lot of debate and reasonings on this subject on "Internet" therefore I have a small idea of to what views the different parties in this question adhere. And what problems confuse them. In this post I would like to sound briefly these questions and, whenever possible, to discuss.

At once I will make a reservation that I am not a specialist of any area connected with this question. I am not a neurobiologist, and not the researcher of artificial intelligence, and even not the mad experimenter with underground laboratory. I am a simple engineer of information systems who with variable success turns in IT and near-IT the sphere. Therefore all my reflections can be wrong.

Robots will deprive of lawyers of work (routine)

1 year, 6 months ago
The last several decades people are afraid of the fact that robots will take their workplaces. In Oxford in 2013 counted that in the USA 47% of all work by 2033 will be performed by machines. But there is also other opinion: highly qualified specialists will be necessary for creation of similar technologies, and increase in number of robots will lead to creation of new workplaces. Machines will be able to replace only some professions or duties — where it is about routine work.
